How it will work

1. Enter your property address.
2. The tool geocodes it and pulls a high-res top-down satellite tile.
3. You pick a variant (U / Square / Micro / Lux).
4. You pick orientation (which compass direction the courtyard or front faces).
5. The variant footprint is drawn at correct scale on the lot.
6. You can download the result as a PNG and bring it to your county building department.
